HOW TO ORDER

  1. Please submit your order via the above order form.
  2. Fill in your particulars, get the code of the items, put in the names or date for personalization and click submit button.
  3. We will acknowledge your order within 2 working days via email reply.
  4. If you did not receive our reply in 2 days time, please email your order to shann@theweddingthoughts.com
  5. Payment details/delivery or self-collection procedure will be clearly stated in our email reply.
  6. We will only proceed with your order upon receiving the FULL payment
  7. General communication will be via SMS, if you wish to speak to person-in-charge, please call 98528905 after office hours or during weekends.
 
 

FAQ

How long to process my order?

Confirmation of orders are subject to availability of stocks and materials. Please allow 2-3 weeks for order processing.
 

The personalization are printed on?

NO. All the names/date you see on the ring cushions, banners, welcome stand are stitch on.
 

Price on the website including personalization?

Consumers do not have to worry about hidden cost, prices you see are inclusive of names or date stitching. There will only be additional charge for special requirements like additional words stitching or other add-ons. Final pricing will be clearly stated in our email reply.
 

I don't have a POSB/DBS bank a/c, can I pay cash when I collect my order?

We don't do COD except for Budget Corner items. All orders have to pay in FULL before we proceed with it. Please get your friends/relatives to do the payment on your behalf, no exceptions as we have too many bad experiences.
 

I have my own ring cushion and I want you to do names stitching on it

We cannot do stitching on a finished products. Stitching of names can only be done on a flat piece of fabric.
 

Can I view the products?

We do not have a shop and viewing of products are not available.
 

Can I choose the thread colours for the names/date?

Yes you can. Please email to enquire the available thread colours.
 

Can I provide my own stuff toy?

Yes you can. We can do the dress up and etc for you., price range from S$25 onwards.
 

Where to pass you my own stuff toy?

Blk 130 Edgedale Plains, ground floor lift lobby. Mon-Wed 730-930pm, Sat 11am-230pm & Sun 7-9pm.
 

Can I pair the pig with the dog?

NO, unless you provide your own stuff toy.
 

The outfit of the wedding dolls are handmade?

Yes, mostly.
 

Can I customize the dogs or pig to be in different colour or size?

NO, we don't manufacture the stuff toy.
 

The flowers you use for wrist corsages are real flower?

NO, we use only artificial flowers.

PAYMENT

FULL payment is required for all order except for COD items
We accept funds transfer to POSB savings account no. 126-24396-0
via DBS Internet banking or DBS/POSB ATM machines
 

DELIVERY METHOD

  1. Self-Collection. Self collection venue is at Blk 130 Edgedale Plains (Punggol 21).Collection would only be done at the ground floor lift lobby, requests to meet at other places would not be entertained.
  2. Local Despatch - Price range from S$7-S$15 depending on location, price is cheaper for delivery to town area. Delivery only available during weekday office hours. You may use your preferred despatch to do collection, collection point will be at 450 Alexandra Road during weekdays before 530pm.
  3. 3) Registered Postage - Price range from S$6-S$12, this is inclusive of hard cupboard box (for ring cushion and wedding bear only) Bubble envelope will be provided for sending out wrist corsages. We cannot track order if consumers choose to receive via normal post.
 
 

URGENT ORDER

An additional express fee will be charge for order that need to be fulfilled within a week. Fee range from S$5, depending on our order flow during that time.
 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

All cancellation of confirmed orders is subject to 100% cancellation charge, i.e., full payment of the products ordered with NO refund.

We do not accept returns for personalised items. We accept exchange for non-customisable items in their original state within 3 days of receipt.

Postage and delivery charges are non-refundable and we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
