URGENT ORDER |
| An express fee will be impose for order that need to be fulfilled within a week. Fee range from S$5 to double charge, depending on our order flow during that time. |

CANCELLATION
OF CONFIRMED ORDER |

cancellation of confirmed orders is subject to 100% cancellation
charge, i.e., full payment of the products ordered with
NO refund.
We
do not accept returns for personalised items. We accept
exchange for non-customisable items in their original
state within 3 days of receipt.
Postage
and delivery charges are non-refundable and we cannot
be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. |

and viewing of products is not available. Our business
model are base on frill free internet sales so as to pass
